Tr\u00e8s probablement d\u2019inspiration br\u00e9silienne. Elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 collect\u00e9e sur un autel d\u00e9di\u00e9 au culte de Mamy Wata, dans la r\u00e9gion de Ouidah au B\u00e9nin lieu de d\u00e9part des vaisseaux n\u00e9griers et du retour d\u2019esclaves lib\u00e9r\u00e9s apr\u00e8s l\u2019Abolition de l\u2019Esclavage en 1848. \u00ab Dans cette r\u00e9gion o\u00f9 s\u2019est jou\u00e9 une concurrence f\u00e9roce entre commer\u00e7ants portugais, anglais et allemands, il faut noter la pr\u00e9pond\u00e9rance de ce que l\u2019on peut appeler \u00ab l\u2019\u00e9lite br\u00e9silienne \u00bb de la r\u00e9gion d\u2019Agou\u00e9, c\u2019est \u00e0 dire des grandes familles ayant pour anc\u00eatres les originaires de la basse vall\u00e9e du Mono exil\u00e9s au Br\u00e9sil comme esclaves et dont la descendance, revenue au pays
